Puerto Rico Tropical Tours
May 31, 2010
"Margaret is very knowledgable of Puerto Rico and the rainforest. She provided us with a vast
amount of information that I would have never known about Puerto Rico or the rainforest.
We chose to take the half hour hike through the rainforest to the waterfall. This is well worth
the hike and I highly recommend you get in the waterfall. This was definitely quite an experience
I would definitely do this again when I return toPuerto Rico."

Camuy Caves & Arecibo Observatory Tour

It took millions of years for nature to adorn its towering ceilings with crystalline stalactites,
its walls with flowing stone tapestries and its floors with mounds of stalagmites,
but you can see it all in a day!   Few cave systems in the world are as dramatic as the
Rio Camuy Cave Parkand none has tropical river thundering through it.
Arecibo is home to the Arecibo Observatory, featuring the world s largest
radar/radio telescope.   A 20-acre radar dish, with a 600-ton suspended platform
hovering over it, sits in an impressive 565-foot deep sinkhole.   Operated by Cornell University,
the telescope probes the ionosphere, examines planetsand monitors natural radio emissions
from distant galaxies, pulsars and quasars all from Arecibo.

Puerto Rico vacation - Caribbean tourism, lodging, PR travel, Puerto Rican island tours, transportation, San Juan
On a high hill overlooking the city of Ponce is the Serralles Castle,

An unforgettable experience for the lover of fine art.
Like a jewel on an elegant lady, the Ponce Museum of Art graces this serene southern city.
The Art Museum holds over 3,000 pieces,
from the European and American schools ranging from the fourteenth century.
